How to Say Adjectives/Adverbs before the Words they Describe

Adverbs and Adjectives are words that describe verbs and nouns.

ex: The blue bus.

Adjectives describe nouns: the adjective BLUE describes THE BUS.

The Samoan word order is said in reverse from English: The blue bus = The bus blue

To restate “The blue bus” to “The bus is blue”, the adjective “BLUE” needs it’s own tense. Adjectives and Adverbs use action tense markers. See video below
