The “O” tense marker is a present tense marker used in the Subject/Noun phrase. When subject stands alone, the “O” tense marker must be used to present the Subject. The “O” tense must also be used when there is not an Action tense marker before the Subject. These types of Subjects that lead sentences are called Standalone Subjects or Standalone Noun Phrases.
