The Matou Samoan Language class for Beginners will start January 23, 2024 and ends March 14, 2024. Classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday 7:00pm California, USA time. All classes are recorded, so if you’re unable to attend class you will receive a password to access the exclusive content (recorded classes & worksheets) for students. If you have signed up in the past, there is no need to sign up again because you’ll automatically receive Zoom keys and passwords to access the exclusive content.
Enrollment includes lifetime access to online classes, recorded courses, worksheets, tutoring and exclusive content.

We will conduct all Zoom classes, tutoring sessions, distribute news, and practice our Samoan chats in the private Matou section of PasifikaPages.net. All distribution of worksheets and documents will be uploaded directly to our Matou Samoan Language Class group.

- What is the difference between the free and the paid Matou Samoan Language course?
- Answer: The free pre-recorded course is a series of consecutive short videos designed for self-study. It introduces users to each concept of the Samoan language. The paid class goes into depth with each concept via live Zoom instruction, quizzes, tests, worksheets, and live practice. You also have access to hours of past classes which you can watch and re-watch at your convenience.
- I have signed up for this class years ago but I never finished. Do I have to pay again?
- Answer: NO. Once you’ve paid, you will be invited to return to all future classes.
- I signed up but I did not receive the Zoom link for the class. Where is the Zoom link?
- Answer: Please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, message @matou or email for the link. You can also go to the groups link and enter the Matou Samoan Language Class, then click on the Zoom link.
- When does the class meet?
- Answer: Every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00pm California, USA time from January 24 – March 16, 2023.
- Is there a recurring fee for the Matou Samoan Language Class?
- Answer: No. You only pay once and you will be invited to return to all future classes. Any website or source that claims there is a recurring fee is not associated with Matou Samoan Courses.
- I am not able to attend the class times. Are the classes recorded?
- Answer: Yes. All classes are recorded and available for you to watch at your convenience.
- How do I watch the recorded classes?
- Answer: The recorded classes are available at https://www.pasifikapages.net/matou-zoom-classes/. You must use the password that was sent to you via email. The email is titled “Welcome to Matou Samoan Language Resources.
- Is it too late to join classes?
- Answer: No. It is never too late to join since you will be invited to all future classes. You can also watch recorded classes at your leisure to help you catch up or help you be ready for the next round of classes. Many people join in the 7th and 8th week and then start fresh when a new 8-week session begins.
